Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing https://lensnlight.net or submitting a booking through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. A booking also requires you to review and affirmatively accept the Rental Terms & Conditions shown during checkout. Those accepted Rental Terms, including the recorded version, apply to the specific rental and supplement these website Terms. If a rental-specific provision conflicts with these general website Terms, the rental-specific provision controls for that booking to the extent permitted by law.

Eligibility and accurate information

You may use the booking service only if you have legal capacity to enter the rental transaction or act with the authorization of a person who does. You must provide accurate, current, and complete booking, identity, delivery, and payment information. Do not submit another person's information or documents without lawful authority.

Booking requests and availability

A submitted request is not a confirmed rental. Dates and times remain subject to equipment availability, maintenance or unavailable periods, existing reservations, the item's configured buffer, successful completion of the booking steps, payment review, and administrator acceptance.

The website uses an authoritative server-side availability check and may place a temporary hold while you complete checkout. A hold or issued booking number does not by itself mean the booking is accepted. The booking becomes confirmed only when its displayed status is changed to Booked after administrator review.

Rental period

The rental period is the start and end date and time shown in the booking. Booking times are handled using the business timezone, Asia/Manila. You are responsible for reviewing the schedule before confirmation and for following the agreed pickup, delivery, use, and return arrangements.

Rates, pricing, and security deposits

The website calculates the rental subtotal from the item's configured pricing tier and billable duration. The booking stores a snapshot of the applicable rate, rental subtotal, security deposit, and total amount. Review the displayed price before accepting the Rental Terms and submitting payment.

A security deposit applies only when one is displayed for the selected item and included in the booking amount. Deposit holding, refund, or deduction is recorded against the booking. The repository does not establish a universal deposit amount, automatic refund deadline, or fixed deduction schedule; any rental-specific conditions must come from the accepted Rental Terms or an owner-approved agreement presented for the booking.

Payments

Available payment methods, account details, instructions, and QR images are configured by LENS N' LIGHT and shown during checkout. You must pay the displayed amount using an active method, enter the payment reference number, and upload a valid payment-proof image. A payment submission remains pending until an administrator manually reviews it. LENS N' LIGHT may reject a booking or payment submission that is incomplete, invalid, inconsistent, or cannot be verified.

Identification requirements

The current booking flow requires your name, Philippine mobile number, Facebook profile link, address, ID type, a valid ID image, and pickup or delivery selection. Uploaded documents must be authentic, current where relevant, readable, and yours or lawfully provided. They may be reviewed by an authorized administrator for booking and rental verification.

Pickup and delivery

You must select pickup or delivery during booking. The specific place, handover process, delivery availability, timing, and any owner-approved charge must be confirmed with LENS N' LIGHT and reflected in the booking or accepted rental agreement. Do not assume that selecting delivery guarantees service to every location or at every time.

Responsibility for equipment

While equipment is in your possession or control, you must use it carefully, follow manufacturer and LENS N' LIGHT instructions, keep it secure, and return the equipment and included accessories in the agreed condition and at the agreed time. You must promptly report malfunction, damage, loss, theft, or any event that may affect safe use or timely return.

Responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, or late-returned equipment will be assessed under the Rental Terms accepted for the booking, documented circumstances, and applicable law. These website Terms do not create a fixed late fee, damage fee, replacement charge, or automatic deposit forfeiture that is not otherwise disclosed and agreed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Contact LENS N' LIGHT promptly if you need to cancel or request a schedule change. Rescheduling is subject to a new availability check and may change the price based on the revised duration. A requested change is effective only after it is confirmed in the booking record. Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or credit condition is governed by the Rental Terms accepted for the booking and applicable law; this page does not invent a fixed deadline, percentage, or penalty.

Prohibited use

You must not:

• use the website or equipment for unlawful, fraudulent, or unsafe activity;
• interfere with security, availability, access controls, or other bookings;
• submit false identity, booking, or payment information;
• upload malicious, infringing, deceptive, or unlawful material; or
• sell, transfer, sub-rent, or permit unauthorized use of rented equipment unless LENS N' LIGHT has agreed in writing.

Website access and booking sessions

Customer bookings use a private browser session rather than a customer account. Keep your booking number and access to the browser used for checkout secure. A booking number alone does not reopen a private payment session, but it can be used on the public tracker to view a limited booking status. The administrator portal is restricted to an authorized Supabase-authenticated administrator; no public signup is offered.

Uploaded content

You retain any rights you hold in files you submit. You authorize LENS N' LIGHT and its service providers to receive, validate, store, retrieve, review, and delete those files as reasonably needed to provide and administer the booking service, protect the service, resolve disputes, and comply with law. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.

Intellectual property

The LENS N' LIGHT name, branding, website design, catalog content, and original materials are owned by LENS N' LIGHT or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may use the website only for personal, legitimate rental inquiries and bookings, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Third-party services

The website depends on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase, Google Drive and Google APIs, Vercel, Telegram, and Resend. Payment instructions may also direct you to a payment method operated outside this website. Those services may be subject to their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. LENS N' LIGHT is not responsible for a third-party service beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Service availability and refusal

We may suspend website access, decline or reject a booking, release an expired hold, or refuse service when equipment is unavailable, information or payment cannot be verified, these Terms or the accepted Rental Terms are violated, use appears unsafe or unlawful, or action is reasonably necessary to protect the service, equipment, customers, or business. Any action remains subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep catalog, availability, pricing, and booking status accurate, but temporary errors, maintenance, network failures, or third-party outages may occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LENS N' LIGHT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from inability to access the website, a temporary service interruption, or a third-party platform failure. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited and does not alter responsibility expressly accepted in the Rental Terms for a specific booking.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these website Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The revised page will state its effective date. The Rental Terms version affirmatively accepted for an existing booking remains recorded with that booking unless a lawful, mutually agreed change applies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without creating an exclusive court venue that is not otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
